Snow Ballerina Princess

Walking to Safeway on Monday after the big snow.

Fun in Louisville

Stella Dancing. Jonathan with Harry, Grant and Symon on his lap. Harry looking cute at the airport (during out 2 hour delay). Good times.

Art Sparks at the Speed Museum

The Speed Museum has this wonderful children's area called Art Sparks. We try to go whenever we are in Louisville. This time Stella drew and Harry painted. Really. Harry Painted.

Harry's Birthday

It has been a while since I have posted but the birthday fun deserves a post. Harry turned 1 (can you believe it?!?!) yesterday and we had over friends and family for pizza and cake. Of course the party was supposed to take place on the roof but it was rainy and gross so we had to move it inside. It is amazing how many folks fit into our tiny apartment! Thanks everyone for making Harry's birthday so wonderful.

Oh Susanna!

Yesterday Stella was whining on our way home, "I don't want a banjo on my knee". We assured her that her wishes would be honored.

Watermelon

Both kids love watermelon and get juicy messy eating it - Harry just needs a little help with his mesh thingy. Hooray for modern technology (and no choking!).

Swings

Hooray for Stead Park (and a sunny day with grandma to push the kids on the swings!).

He's got his arms full...

...and is loving it!

Priorities

Harry really loves his new cousin but a new baby is tough competition with a new ball. (thanks Eileen and Myron!)

Cheerios

Harry loves cheerios. A few even made it into his mouth.

Playing in the living room

That Ikea tent is a big hit in our tiny apartment. For some reason Stella decided that she needed to wear a bathing suit and wore it all afternoon. In the first picture she is singing "Hello Everybody" into her jumbonetics microphone. Love it!

Memorial Day

The whole family descended on Rockville. Stella had a blast with all of her cousins.

Stella feeding Harry

I turned my back for a minute to grab something and Stella had grabbed Harry's spoon and started feeding him. Some of the food even made it into his mouth and he loved it. Stella was so proud we had to immediately call grandma and grandpa and share the news. (and yes, she is wearing her Purim costume)

Happy Harry

Can you take a bad picture of this kid? He is a happy boy and at the fun stage where he can sit up on his own but does more than his fair share of faceplants (especially if he throws his toys out of his reach) - so we have him propped with boppy. Ridiculous cute.

3 Generations

Grandpa Avi, Daddy, Stella and Harry at Aunt June's for Talia's birthday. We love birthdays.

New Shoes

Stella loves her new shoes, but especially loves that she and Mommy have the same shoes. This is a picture we took in our elevator. Now every time we go in the elevator she wants to take a picture of our feet.

Daddy and the Kids

A couple of sweet pictures of Jonathan with Stella and Harry in bed one Sunday morning.

Nats Opening Day

Smack in the middle of nap time but we haven't missed an Opening Day yet and Stella was really excited about going to a baseball game.

Feldman Dress Code

Yes, Jonathan put on a collared shirt to match Harry. Stella was very proud that she was wearing jeans like Daddy and Harry.

Cherry Blossoms

A crazy day of walking around the Tidal Basin during the peak of the cherry blossoms with Grandma Lois.

Vacuumpalooza

Cousin Gabriel loves to vacuum (like father like son). We were over and Uncle Kevin brought out 3 vacuums, one each for Gabriel, Julie and Stella. Stella had a blast but was it every LOUD!!

Grandma and Grandpa Visit

Grandpa brought Stella her Louisville shirt (which she immediately put on) and tools to finish our bathroom (bless him). The next time Grandpa visited she looked at him and said "what work are you doing, grandpa?" :) The other picture is just a Grandma/Harry lovefest.
